Then remove the illegal mods to your car and you won't have a problem will you.

Yes.

Doesn't matter who does your mods, if they don't comply then they will wear the yellow label with pride.

Also, Blow Off Valves are not to discharge into the atmosphere thats what makes them unroadworthy.

I wont be running a blow off valve and wont be venting to the atmosphere this is called dose or flutter, now its just as loud as a bov but cannot be considered a bov, can you get a yellow flag for this?

Dunno where you are, making answering the question hard.

In Vic, the rolling circumference has nothing to do with it. If your speedo is erroneous due to the mods you chose to make, that's YOUR PROBLEM, but it doesn't make the car illegal.

NSW has a 2in dia limit over the largest fitted ex factory for that model. The VL Grp A had 16x8's, therefore 18in is the largest I believe you can legally fit in NSW.

ALWAYS check with Vic Roads, RTA, QLD Tpt etc. to be sure. (Plus your Insurance Company too!)

It is my understanding that as long as your tyres are of the correct load rating, you can fit 25in rims in Vic if you really feel the need.

HWY612, feel free to correct me if I've made an error.
