Code 3 PS3 - New warning system

Postby Richmeister » Fri Nov 18, 2005 9:02 pm

Code 3 have just released a new warning system for police based on research by the Florida Highway Patrol. Details: http://www.code3pse.com/pdf/C3PS30905-3.pdf (313kb PDF)

Pretending for the moment that this system would ever become cheap enough for an Australian police service to consider changing to, what do you think of it?

Interesting, maybe the TAC could help, as I don't think the dept would fork out for it.

I think the new lightbars on the HWP cars and Paddywagons in NSW are really bright.

The new lightbars should be rolling out on the newly fitted up cars anytime now. Keep an eye out for them and let us know on here when you see one.
